We stand behind the quality of our organic products. All purchases from Safeiona are covered by a 30-day guarantee starting from the delivery date shown on the carrierโs tracking information.
2. Eligible Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused or very lightly used, in perfect condition, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received.

3. Returns for Personal Preference (โChange of Mindโ)
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to product defect (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product):
