Refund and Return Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RETURNS DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS
If you wish to return your product because you no longer want it, or simply because you do not like it, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to the address we provide.
In these cases, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the refund will be issued only after the product has been received and inspected.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product has a defect or failure, we offer a full refund.
To proceed with this type of return, you must provide proof of purchase and a video clearly showing the defect.
Once we verify the information and receive the returned product, we will process the refund immediately.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
Only partial refunds are granted in the following situations:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Books with obvious signs of use.

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jsvs.389@gmail.com we will send you all the information of the place you have to send the products
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (except in the case of defective products).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise agreed).
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
